By downloading, installing, or using Translation Snake ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Translation Snake is a language learning game that combines the classic snake game with vocabulary training. The App is designed for educational entertainment purposes.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscription: Provides unlimited access for one month
- Yearly Subscription: Provides unlimited access for one year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the App
- Use any automated means to access or use the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OnlyPXL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyPXL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
