Translation Snake was developed with the principle of data minimization. The app:

• Does not send data to external servers
• Does not use tracking or analytics tools
• Contains no advertising
• Does not share data with third parties

3. Local Data Storage

All data generated during use of the app is stored exclusively locally on your device. This includes:

• Game settings (language, difficulty, audio settings)
• Learning progress and vocabulary statistics (Leitner system)
• High scores

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties.

4. Game Center / Leaderboards

The app optionally offers the ability to share high scores via Apple Game Center. This feature is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. Use of Game Center is voluntary.

5. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases. These are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have access to your payment data.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, the usual data subject rights (access, deletion, correction) do not apply in relation to our app. All data stored on your device can be completely deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.
